Made, mixed, and mastered. The drums are awesome, and you incorporated the other sounds so well into it. It's a very sick tune, my friend. Bushido Blade was one of my favorite games in the past. Actually, my favorite part was seeing the replays. It was epic to see the showstopping sword strike. Know what I mean? Anyways, excellent job! Keep up the awesome work!!! =D

I really like the tune, but the piano is louder to everything in comparison. It sounds like you wanted people to focus on the piano more than other things, but you adjusted the levels too much, so now it just sounds like you're drowning out the rest of the instruments. Aside from that, this is a beautiful piece! The reprising sound at 1:37 gave me some of that uplifting hope, which is amazing. So, keep working at it! Good job! =]

Hmm, might depend on what you are using to listen to it. Through my speaker system it sounds great. I'll take all that into consideration and thanks for the review.

Dude, Chris, this is some amazing stuff! This is REALLY amazing! I can't stop listening to this! You've got some real talent letting on, and I want to feel the full throttle of what you can do.

You did an excellent job making your OWN drum loop. The samples are clean and fresh. It's obvious you know how to work the drums. As far as your melody, there wasn't too much of one. Just a motif, mainly, I guess. Doesn't matter. It wasn't repetitive. The filters kept the song pretty balanced, if you know what I mean, but what threw this song in a heart-throbbing direction were the high synth and bassline. You matched them two perfectly together, and made a beautiful sound.

Space has almost never felt this good before. Keep working it, sir. You did an awesome job! =]

P.S. My 5/5, 10/10 are rare. Feel proud, bro! I mean EVERYTHING I said! =D

I am humbled by your presence and the great review. I'll put your 10 on my prize shelf next to all my Grammys (I think that is the music award.) I guess there is a nice balance to this. I never really thought much of this song but it's awesome to see people responding to it like this. Thanks for the review man! I'll be see'in you around, maybe some sc?

Fun piece you have here. I like all the different samples you used. It's inspired to go work on more music, and add in more samples. Heheh. Thank you for that. The organ is pretty nice, and the drums were put together really well. Just, there wasn't enough variation in the drums. I like when I have guys yelling in my jungle music like that. It's funny. I applaud your work and efforts. Good experiment! Great work! Keep it up! =]

Oh awesome, another review from my old pal! Thanks for stopping by my songs that no one else reviewed, and dropping a line on my work. I appreciate it. And yeah, the entire song was made from samples, if I remember right. a good freind of mine hooked me up with an entire pack of samples (It looked huge since it was the first time ever added samples to Fl studio) Thx for the review!

Hey, that was pretty good, albeit short. The lyrics were entertaining, but the beat was really nice. Sometimes, the drums seemed to drag or lag behind, but that gives the song a little more flavor. Cool choice in genre, and way to make fun of it! Keep up the great work! =D

Hey, Sonic! Loooong time no listen! You're absolutely right about yourself. You've been improving so well, and I witness it in this creation right here. It has such velocity, but differential all throughout it. It sounds the same and different every now and then, if you catch my drift. The clockwork sound is really neat, especially accompanied by the drums that you used. They sound a bit delayed and reverberated, which is sounding alright. I enjoyed it! Buddy, you're really getting up there, and I encourage you to keep on keeping on! Excellent, bro! Keep up the great work!

Holy crap, nice to see ya again :D see how I changed from 2006 to now? Your the only one who can see the time line. Thanks for the review and return.

It's a very simple song, and not too much is really added on. I kind of like it, but a lot of orchestrated songs are like this one. The drums seemed like they just didn't go with the rest of the motif, but it did start sounding cool around the 1:00 mark. Anyways, don't fret, because you're on the right track to glory. Keep at it!

Really bad? What the hell are you talking about, sir? You're too modest for this site. I really like it. Reminds me of the band named "Coil," and if you haven't heard of them, then check them out (especially the song "Red Skeleton".) So, anyways, you did a really good job, and the transition between the two parts 0:45 was pretty smooth. I like this song a lot. Keep up the damn good work, son!

NKAT responds:

Godknown thanks a lot for the excellent review. Although this needs minor work, it is something I have never heard before. It is messed up. I will check the band named "Coil" out. I am always down for good music. Thank you very much for the review, again.

This is really relaxing, yet at the same time it somewhat 'pressures' me to advance, somehow. It's sophisticated, very airy, and it has an 'unlimited potential' feeling to it. You did really well on this. The only thing which could have been a bit better were if you could possibly change the sound which almost loops through the entire song. That happens to be the synthetic wah-wah noise. Maybe add a little variation to that, or something. Anyhow, it's pretty damn good, and the beat picking up around the minute mark along with the strings which fade in complete your work saying that you did what you could to make a pleasing, and enjoyable tune for all of us here at newgrounds. Excellent beginning, middle, and end. I was never once bored! I'm very impressed, and urge you to keep up the awesome work! You earned my rare 10/10. =]

Marks-a-lot responds:

Ha, yeah I kind of forgot about that synth. I kind of wanted to change it up but it was weird. I made it in FL for some reason(should have done it in Cubase) so when I rendered out to a wav it made it really hard to loop. Soo, I just recorded it for like 7 min and used that clip. then something happened and fl closed out and I lost my adjustments on the knobs in FL so I couldn't remake it exactly. I tried to turn it down at parts though.

I am just surprised you didn't say anything about the weird violin thing at the end. that's what I don't like about this piece.

Thanks for another stellar review!
