The song is pretty well composed, and the lyrics are funny too. Good song you have here. Nothing much to say except you could probably raise the levels on your voice, and maybe watch the high-pitched tones on your other instruments. Still, I like it, and good job! Keep up the good work.

P.S. I know 8/10 is kind of low, and I wanted to return the favor for the 10/10 you offered me in my other song, but I'm just being honest and fair here. I even decided to change the score from a 7/10 to an 8/10. So... yep. =]
Lol, don't worry about not giving me a ten.
I'd rather have constructive critisism rather than some noob rating 0 with a useless comment.
But thanks I appreciate it :)

Hey, not bad for a dance song! I like it a lot, but it just isn't my style. You know what I mean? I don't need to be a party pooper, but at least I can admit that the intro was pretty kick-ass. I need not say more here, because there is nothing constructive I really have to say about this song. You did good. Keep up the good work!

Ka'eo
Thx, its cool to hear that, although you dont like the style, you like the song :)

Very cool sounding song! I like all the little variations you had going on with the bass. Again, this sounds a lot like a Frank Klepacki song. However, this isn't Drum N Bass. This, at least, isn't normal Drum N Bass, and most wouldn't consider this Drum N Bass. This is more-so some form of Minimal Techno or Minimal Trance. Most likely Techno, so that would be a better category for it. If you ever want to know how you should maybe categorize some of your music to find a more liking crowd (a crowd who actually listens to the music you're putting down), then let me know. I can help you out with genre-fitting. Anyways, keep it up!

Ka'eo
Thanks for the input, yo.

This is quite the interesting compilation here. It sounds as if it is almost inspired from Frank Klepacki's music in the Command & Conquer games (mainly Red Alert 2.) I like it... I like it a lot. The synths were very cool, and very smooth... very well used. The drums were perfect for this song, and they had some very good variation as well. Still, I can't get over those poly-synths flowing up and down the song. That bass near the end was pretty kick-ass too. The little stuttering bass in the beginning, though is kind of loud. Who cares... excellent job! You've just been compared to Frank Klepacki! Just get some guitars in there! Keep it up!

Influenced by Klepacki subconsciously, perhaps. Big fan of the Red Alert soundtrack. I should get some mad scientist samples in there to complete the picture.
Yeah I oughta get other instruments in there.
I'm surprised people like this. Its a really hit or miss.

Pretty good song, but like the reviewer below said, that "eee" wave which sounds a little bit like a triangle has to go... or at least find a lower-pitched sound, because it is harsh on the ears, even or especially with good speakers. Anyways, I like the guitar riffs you have going on here, and the drums go well with it. But maybe you could also vary the drums a little bit more. I know, this is kind of a low score, and after getting past the triangle, I would have upped you by a point, by the rest of the song is very repetitive... without vocals. Get some vocals in there, and it would probably be a lot better. Keep it up.

Like I said, I lose some quality when I put my songs up on Newgrounds. It doesn't sound as shrill on my myspace.
And vocals are still being figured out. I'm not much of a singer myself, and am having trouble finding someone to work with. Thanks for the comment though!

Just like your other song, "Organ Donor", this song is majorly lacking in a lot of ways to be a good modern hip-hop song. The loud buzzing lead is alright, but I think it extends for too long in your song. The little vibraphone sounding instrument is a nice touch, and it kind of leaves a little mystery feeling to the song--and somewhat leaves me the memory of Goldeneye music, which this song kind of imitates. Don't get me wrong... I don't think you were trying to imitate anything as far as certain artists, albums, or songs go, but you certainly are trying hard at this genre. Make better attempts at filling the song up with both highs, mids, and lows especially. Lows are very important and will help you establish a good base for your song. You can always choose to do a melody first, which is sometimes easier for me, but whatever way works. Anyways, this is what I'd consider mediocre, but I know you can do better. I was at this stage actually... I made music that sounded just like this... until I started listening to reviews sounding like this one... mean maybe, but truthful. My intention here isn't to be mean, though, but to help you get a better sound and rating. Improve in any way you can... even by comparing your compositions to other hip-hop songs or even by trying out new things. Keep practicing!

Alright. I wasn't very impressed with this song mainly because it sounded quite amateurish. I don't think all of your compositions sound like this, but keep that in mind. It lacks a lot of things which just make it weak background music or music that angst-ridden teenagers could rap over. The snares, as usual, are good for a modern hip-hop song, but other things like the excessive use of synths don't make it that great of a hip-hop song. It's too dry, and too quantized as well. Put some flavor in it! But all in all, keep it up, and don't quit!

This song is killer! It makes a good loop for a game or flash of some sort. You did real well, and I couldn't even tell I was listening to a Newgrounds song when I had it playing in the background. I can tell it's almost professional just because of that... but you know, of course, actually listening to the song is different. It really does sound professional, because you mixed it quite well. I'm impressed, and want to hear more from you. The background organs... the dream trance synths... the acid bass... the sound effects... it's just too good to be on Newgrounds. Ha ha. Keep up the damn fine work!
Take care,
Ka'eo
P.S. Watch your songs for distortion!
